Send an Image via Twitter

And I'm not talking about using Twitpic, either.

Mario Klingemann managed to send the Mona Lisa over Twitter, using Chinese characters.  Granted, he had to run it through a decryption algorithm to get it done, but he did it.  The results are not perfect, but man, is this cool.
