    Eek! I've Been Tagged!

For any of you out there who write your own blogs, you know what tagging is.  My wonderful husband David has tagged me so now I have to come up with eight interesting things about myself that you might want to know.  Let's just say I have a whole lot of interesting things about myself that you would NOT want to know...

    So, here goes:

    1. I could live off of cinnamon toast, sweet tarts and Coke Classic - and probably still not be fat.
    2. While I do believe in being tactful and "nice", I don't believe in being politically correct for its own sake.
    3. I have found that most things in life fall into the "don't sweat the small shit" category.
    4. I adore British humour.
    5. I pick up languages and accents very quickly and very well.
    6. I have a sonic memory.
    7. I am a terrible klutz and I enjoy playing sports, which is an extremely painful combination.
    8. I married a geek and I'm proud of it!

I'm tagging Gwen Bell, Mike Miller, Linsay at Suburban Turmoil, William Allen (excuse to start blogging!), Todd Vernon of Lijit, and Krista Marks of Kerpoof!

I've mentioned Kerpoof a few times, and today I read on TechCrunch that they got funding of 1.5M. How cool is that? Congratulations to Krista and the gang! Funny, I [Read More]

I used to fit in for #1 but then I overdid it with the Pepsi for a few years.

    What exactly is sonic memory?

    Heather

Sonic memory is when you remember things you hear. It's like photographic memory for ears. The biggest problem with this is that people can't tell me little white lies (unless they're really good at remembering them). The best part is I never had to take notes in class!

Neat. I've never heard of that one.

That would definitely be helpful with learning languages.

You're absolutely correct! I have pretty good pronunciation as well, as long as I hear the correct one to begin with. I never thought about that before now.
