Carry Your Laptop in a Microsoft Bag

I never thought I'd see this, but I don't really know why.  Microsoft has, according to Engadget, released three new laptop carry bags for women.  Yes, not only do they provide the OS, they provide a safe way to transport it!

The three bags vary in size and looks, ranging in price from $50 to $70.  They are nylon and faux leather, and frankly, none of them is exceptionally attractive.  I'm sure they get the job done though.  I just wouldn't use one if I had to wear a business suit every day.

I'm not sure what made Microsoft get into the luggage (fashion?) area.  I would imagine that the software portion of things would keep making them plenty of money - but perhaps as the other operating systems have come along and become more popular they have to do everything they can to keep the competitive edge.

I just hope we don't start seeing Linux fashion jewelry or Macintosh shoes.

Well, the Microsoft undies never made it out of beta; too many viruses.
