I'm a Florida Native and University of Florida grad (class of 1990). After 9 years as a police officer, I decided I'd had enough and switched to computer programming. I met a wonderful man, got married, and now we have two wonderful sons. After the birth of the first one, I decided to do the stay-at-home thing and due to some independent contracting gigs, a company was born.

The purpose of this blog is to help families discover interesting technological gadgets that are helpful and/or fun. Since I love gadgets (and I know I'm not the only one!), I thought it would be a fun and useful thing to do.

We have two children, both boys; Little E is five, and Little P is three. I don't like to share much information about them publicly on the web (hence the names) but I'll post about them from time to time. How did I come up with their online names? Simple really. E and P are the first letters of their names. Coincidentally, I happen to be a Dale Earnhardt fan...and my Little E happens to share the same birthday as his Little E...kinda cool, huh? And no, I didn't know that until after mine was born (I'm not that much of a 'neck). To follow suit, I call the other one Little P although we really call him Pooh aroud the house.
